  • Hi, I’m Toccara Barber-Hudson, LCSW. I specialize in helping individuals and couples build healthier, more connected relationships.

My work focuses on giving people practical tools they can actually use, so they can communicate better, navigate challenges, and feel more connected in their relationships.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where couples can grow, feel understood, and take meaningful steps forward together.

  • Do couples have to share in front of others?
No—most conversations happen privately between partners.

Do you work with individuals or just couples?
Both! While our primary focus is on couples, we also provide services to help individuals make healthy decisions for future relationships.

What if the relationship is in a good place?
Great—this will help you strengthen it even further.

What if couples are really struggling?
You’re not alone. This space is designed to give you tools and direction.

    Is this therapy?
This is a structured, skills-based experience designed to help you grow in your relationship. However, we also offer couples therapy programs. Visit www.graycerelationshipcounseling.com for more info.

Are your services faith-based or Christian-focused?
Our services are not faith-based, but they are aligned with many core Christian values such as love, respect, accountability, and healthy relationship practices.
